Dev environment walkthrough docs for onboarding and repeatable execution.

This documentation set records the current deployed dev application at https://webapp.dev.tasko.mk. The screenshots come from the seeded demo identities so new team members can learn the real routes, the visible controls, and the expected way to perform common tasks before touching live data.

How To Read These Docs

  1. Open the role page that matches the person whose workflow you want to learn.
  2. Follow the sections top to bottom. Each section corresponds to one page or one dialog.
  3. Use the route callout to open the same page in the app.
  4. Use the “what you can do here” list as the practical checklist for onboarding.
  5. Click any screenshot to open it full screen, then use × or Esc to close it.

What This Set Covers

The walkthrough is organized around actual use cases rather than around source code or component names. It covers the main role-specific surfaces that people need for day-one onboarding: authentication, project creation, team management, review work, personal entry work, reporting surfaces, and the superadmin registries.

Environment Context

The dev environment keeps quick login enabled and is seeded with demo users, projects, work packages, and timelines. That makes it the right place to learn the interface and rehearse use cases. In other environments, the page structure stays the same even if quick login is disabled and the data is different.

These docs do not change the product. They only describe how the currently deployed UI behaves and where the visible controls are located.

Seed Identities Used

The screenshots were captured with superadmin, supervisor1, manager1, and employee1. Where project-specific screens are shown, they come from the seeded demo projects already present in dev.

Suggested Onboarding Order

Teach The Product In This Sequence

  1. Start with Authentication so people know how accounts enter the app.
  2. Move to the role page that matches the person’s day-to-day responsibilities.
  3. Use the task recipes first, then the page descriptions below each screenshot.
  4. Open the live dev app beside the docs and mirror the same route.
  5. Use fullscreen screenshots when you need to compare the live page with the documented state.
